Chief Chirpa is an Ewok character from the Star Wars universe, first appearing in Return of the Jedi (also known as Star Wars: Episode VI) of the Original Trilogy.

He is the wise and respected leader of the Ewok tribe inhabiting the forest moon of Endor. Chirpa plays a crucial role in aiding the Rebel Alliance in their mission to disable the shield generator protecting the second Death Star.
